THE RUCKS N MAULS COACHING TEAM
Rucks N Mauls summer rugby camps are coached by specialist rugby coaches from New Zealand who have experience both in playing and coaching from grassroots through to international level.  The coaches are armed with a mixture of knowledge, experience and rugby expertise coming from the most successful International Rugby team on the planet, as well as being endorsed by professional All Blacks such as Conrad Smith and Rico Gear. As a company we are proud to be providers of rugby camps which closely follow the RFU continuum through the United Kingdom. The Rucks N Mauls coaching team take child welfare seriously and are all CRB checked in the UK and personally interviewed and screened before joining us. Our coaches all attend an RFU safe guarding & protecting young people in rugby union course along with our own induction programme. Each of our coaches hold relevant first aid experience and qualifications in rugby and look forward to coaching and transferring their knowledge to young and aspiring players of the future.

Playing & Coaching Career:

The contribution that Kim Harris made to Gisborne Boys’ High School rugby is difficult to measure, it was immense! Player, coach, teacher, organiser, pioneer, Harris was all that and much more, he was an institution. One of the most effective ways to measure his achievements are in numbers, they make for some impressive reading.

National Top Four Winners:  1994

Condor Sevens Winners:  1994

Kim Harris is one of the great schoolboy rugby coaches. In the 1990s Gisborne were constantly one of the best schools in the country. The Gear brothers are among many of the fine players he has produced. In terms of achievements Harris pretty much won it all!
